Enabling young people & raising awareness
The Jack Dulson Memorial Fund was founded to offer children and young people the opportunity to benefit from the things that Jack enjoyed, to raise awareness of Staphylococcus aureus & Pericarditis and to provide support to sufferers and families.
So far, by sharing Jack’s story and setting up the charity, we’ve saved lives, helped hundreds of children to achieve and supported many families.
Our aims and objectives
To help young people achieve
We provide or assist with the provision of recreational and leisure-time activities for young people up to the age of 18. The charity helps to improve children’s conditions and offer them opportunities.
To raise awareness
We aim to provide support, practical advice and information to sufferers of Staphylococcus aureus & Pericarditis. And to help preserve and protect their physical and mental health.

Helping children have access to hockey

“As a club, we are honoured to support the work of the fund and support the legacy of our former member Jack. Through this initiative, we have been able to raise the profile of our sport and help other young people to share Jack’s passion and enjoyment for hockey.” – Dave Washington, North Stafford Hockey Club
